Not as fast to praise my strengths

You are so quick to follow the crowd to chastise me but
Not as good as they are in praising me
You are so quick to think the worst of me but
Not as quick to see the goodness in my heart
You are so quick to send me off to the world but
Not as patient to listen and teach me how to survive
Your so quick to talk mean to me but,
Not as quick to praise me
Your so quick to come to conclusions about me but
But not as patient to learn about me
Your so quick to do good to others but,
Not as willing to appreciate the deeds I do for you
